I'm PJ Bannon, a highly experienced esports coach and educator with a passion for talent development and competitive gaming. Over the course of a decade, I have coached several successful esports teams, including Sycom Esports which I founded, as well as the Weehawken High School Esports team and the Saint Peters University esports team.

In addition to my coaching work, I'm a dedicated advocate for esports education.
